Status: Project. Built by new owners according to new plans made by others
Type of project: 18 holes full scale golf course including driving range
Type of services: Zoning, approval drawings and descriptions, golf course design including detailed drawings, construction manuals and bidding documents.
The idea was to build an attractive golf course and take full advantage of the river running through the area to be a strategic diagonal element and not a penal cross-hazard only in play for the weak players.
