Type of services: Zoning, approval documents, golf course design including detailed drawings and construction manuals. Construction supervision done by others. Built mostly according to my original layout, but unfortunately, many of the details, so important for the look and the golfing experience, where altered by the supervisor during construction.
The golf course, situated in Stjørdal, not far from Trondheim, is on rolling farmland.
The idea was to create a good golf course of medium length and to take advantage of the lovely scenery and the stunning views.
